Chair yoga is an adaptable form of yoga that modifies traditional yoga poses to be performed while seated in a chair or using a chair for support. You will experience all the benefits of traditional yoga and focus on breathing, flexibility, strength, and posture. This practice is beneficial for people who may face challenges with flexibility, balance, or mobility.

Yoga props are not essential, but are valuable tools that can significantly enhance your yoga practice, offer support, deepen your experience of each pose, and allow you to explore new dimensions within your body. Yoga blocks and yoga belts or a necktie are recommended. You’ll have a great work out, have fun, and be safe.
