Phillip K. Vacchio joined Herzog Law Firm in 2023 as a Senior Associate. In 2025, he became one of the principal attorneys at the firm. Phillip provides comprehensive legal counsel to existing and new clients in areas related to Elder Law, including Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Guardianships. Phillip is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences in 2009 and Hofstra University School of Law where he graduated cum laude. He was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
