If you’ve always wanted to write fiction and are finally finding the time to do so, you may be wondering, “Where do I start?” Author Rosalie Morales Kearns will share insights on developing a writing habit; getting into a “flow state” with your writing; revising your work; the pros and cons of seeking feedback, and more.

Rosalie Morales Kearns has an MFA in creative writing from the University of Illinois and has taught creative writing at the University of Illinois, the University at Albany, the Arts Center of the Capital Region, the Gotham Writers Workshop, and other venues. She is the founder of Shade Mountain Press and a freelance editorial consultant for fiction writers. Her publications include the novel KINGDOM OF WOMEN (Jaded Ibis Press, 2017); the story collection VIRGINS AND TRICKSTERS (Aqueous Books, 2012); and various short stories, essays, and poems published in literary journals.
