Chet Baker had an unmistakable sound, as both a trumpeter and vocalist, as part of the West Coast jazz scene of the 1950s and '60s. In this Jazz Appreciation Month concert, sponsored by AFM Local 14 and the Music Performance Trust Fund, vocalist Kaitlyn Fay and trumpeter Steve Horowitz will pay homage to Chet Baker's musical legacy, discography, and distinctive sound. The rhythm section will feature Dave Gleason (keyboard), Dave Shoudy (bass), and Cliff Brucker (drums).
