Event Details
Taking a journey into Japanese Matcha! We’ll explore what matcha is, how it’s grown, what makes good
matcha, gradings, and how it’s prepared, both traditionally and in modern ways. Participants will also
learn about the health benefits, the artistry behind cultivation, and the cultural significance of matcha in
Japanese society. And of course—a tasting of ceremonial grade matcha will be provided.
