Event Details

The Teddy Bear Clinic is an event hosted through the collaborative efforts of two high school-led non-profit organizations: Saturday Scholars and InsightMed. We will introduce health topics to elementary students in an age-appropriate way using stuffed animals, focusing specifically on topics that they are likely to encounter, whether directly or indirectly. The event will feature five case studies: heat exhaustion, Epi-Pens, hypoglycemia, first aid kits, and dental hygiene.
