The Activity Room is a 30’ x 24’ room with AV amenities, tables, and chairs. Handicapped accessible.
Meetings must be open to the public, and solicitation is not allowed. Hybrid events cannot be accommodated.
Equipment
Equipped with a laptop, projection screen, overhead projector, AV amenities (connections for laptops, Apple AirPlay device for connecting with projector, presentation remote), Listen IR for the hearing impaired, chairs, and tables.
Seating
There are 8 rectangular tables and 30 chairs available for use in the Activity Room. If you choose a room setup layout when making your reservation, the library will handle the setup and tear down of the furniture. Note that choosing a layout with tables reduces the room's capacity.
