Library Branch
The Stedman Room is the largest room available at the library at 50’ x 36’. It includes a podium, a robust audiovisual setup, and a piano. Handicapped accessible.
Meetings must be open to the public, and solicitation is not allowed. Hybrid events cannot be accommodated.
Equipment
Equipped with a speaking podium, projection screen, overhead projector, piano and piano bench, AV amenities (connections for laptops, Apple AirPla device for connecting with projector, presentation remote), DVD player, 1 podium microphone (fixed), 2 hand-held or stand microphones (wired), 1 wireless lapel microphone (clip-on), CD player, listen IR for the hearing impaired, folding tables, and chairs.
Seating
There are 18 rectangular tables and 100 chairs available for use in the Stedman Room. If you choose a room setup layout when making your reservation, the library will handle the setup and tear down of the furniture. Note that choosing a layout with tables reduces the room's capacity.
