Film expert and Menands Public Library Director Lenny Zapala is offering the fourth of a five-installment series with the movie Violent Saturday.  Harper (Stephen McNally) plans to rob a bank in a remote Nevada mining town.  The hold-up is the pretext to examine American culture in the mid 1950's.  With Victor Mature, Lee Marvin, and Ernest Borgnine.  The movie is directed by Richard Fleischer.  Don’t forget Lenny’s introduction and comments after the films!
