Join us for this teen-led workshop where teens of all skills can express their vision in an unstructured way, through poetry, journaling, fiction, or even personal essay writing.

This is a 6-hour course with a 3-hour session on two days. You MUST attend both sessions to receive a course completion certificate. Bring your NYS Driver License and AARP membership card. Fee is $25 for AARP members and $30 for non-members.

Mahjong is a challenging (and fun!) tile-based game. Learn the rules and basic strategies in just one class so you can start playing.  All supplies will be provided.

Chair yoga is an adaptable form of yoga that modifies traditional yoga poses to be performed while seated in a chair or using a chair for support.
